Greetings Earpers!

We know it’s been a while since we’ve communicated with all of you and we have seen your questions about the future of Earptopia. We wanted to reach out to you today and let you know that there will not be another Earptopia Convention. While we all had a wonderful time planning and putting on the 2024 convention, we all realized that the time commitment needed to host another event is just not something that is feasible for us.

Sometimes life gets in the way! The last thing we would want to do is diminish the amazing memories that we all made over that glorious weekend in Calgary because we couldn’t give it our all.

We want to thank each and every attendee of Earptopia for your support! Without you our pipe dream of a “hometown” Wynonna Earp convention would never have been possible.

We send our profound thanks to Emily, Dom, Kat, Dani, Kate, Charlotte, Natascha, Greg, Dana, Sarah, Peter, Adaline, and Lindsey Ray for their willingness to take a chance on an event put on by convention novices. We hope we did you proud!

To our volunteers… what can we say. You are absolutely the best of us. We asked you to climb a mountain along side of us and you did so with kindness, patience, and what we assume was very little sleep. A simple thank you could never be enough to convey just how much you mean to us.

To the Town of Didsbury and Alexa, we couldn’t have done it without you. Your unparalleled support and spirit of cooperation allowed us to give Earpers an experience that we hope that they will never forget! We know that the memory of Didsbury Day will always hold a special place in our Wynonna Earp loving hearts!

To Heritage Park, to each of our behind the scenes of Wynonna Earp guests, to all of our sponsors, agents, and craftspeople that stepped up and helped us along the way, we owe you a debt of gratitude. Thank you!

As the Earptopia portion of the Wynonna Earp journey comes to a close, we hope to see each and every one of you somewhere down the road!

Earptopia is Calgary’s first Wynonna Earp fan convention, running 4–6 October 2024. Calgary, Alberta CA is the gorgeous filming location of the supernatural western series and Earptopia 2024 is thrilled to be hosting it’s event in the home of Wynonna Earp.
